Meat from Highland Cattle

We run a small organic farming based on nature conservation with Highland Cattle. You can buy the healthy and very tasteful organic meat on the farm, and if you are our guests in the holiday apartment, you are welcome to help feeding the cows.
We only sell carved and vacuum-packed meat, ready to cook.

Highland Cattle is slow-growing, and the animals are outdoor all year round.
The meat is very tasteful, tender, low on fat and cholesterol.

Earth to table; Low CO2 and other pollution, as transport distances are minimal.

On the whole, our cattle live a natural life and are very harmonious animals.

Most of our guests are on our mail list and will be notified in due time before we slaughter.
